Elk and Baby

(A couple years ago when we were in Yellowstone Park, Ron captured this photo of a newborn elk and mama, which seemed appropriate for this day-after-Mother’s Day post.)

God is magnificent; he can never be praised enough.
    There are no boundaries to his greatness.

Generation after generation stands in awe of your work;
    each one tells stories of your mighty acts (Psalm 145:3-4 MSG). 

(Note: Because I have a deadline for submitting the manuscript for a devotional book I am writing, during the month of May, I will not be writing full blog posts. Instead, I will present a brief inspiration each Monday and Thursday.
